Delegation of Responsibilities:

Unless otherwise agreed to, ABC shall direct and supervise the safety director’s activities, and the safety director shall at all times perform the services contemplated hereunder in his/her capacity as an employee of ABC.  At ABC’s sole discretion, the services to be provided under this Agreement may be delegated or assigned to other ABC employees, consultants, independent contractors or outside advisors who are qualified.
