NOVEMBER 6 ELECTION CANDIDATE ENDORSEMENTS (10/03/2012)
                                                                                    

In the following races for State Senator the ABC Cornhusker PAC has made contributions based upon a number of factors.  Such as where the candidates stand on our issues, helping incumbents that are our friends get reelected plus, are they working hard to get elected and who is making a commitment of financial support to their campaign.  Thus the following endorsements are recommended to you.

·        The ABC Cornhusker PAC has contributed to Acela Turco in District 31 (SW Omaha) who is running against Rich Kolowski.  Acela and her husband own a small business.  Her financial support, according to the latest campaign reports, comes from many individuals and various PACs associated with the business community.  Rich Kolowski is a retired OPS principal and his financial support according to the latest campaign reports comes primarily from unions and the Nebraska State Education Association. He reports no contributions from individuals.

·        The ABC Cornhusker PAC has contributed to Richard Carter in District 45 (South Omaha and Bellevue) who is running against Sue Crawford.  Richard is an economist and teaches at Bellevue University, his financial support, according to the latest campaign reports, comes from many individuals and various PACs associated with the business community.  Sue Crawford is a professor at Creighton University, her financial support, according to the latest campaign reports, comes from only a couple of individuals and from from unions and the Nebraska State Education Association.

·        Incumbent Senator Charlie Janssen in District 15 (Fremont) was a supporter of our Anti-PLA bill and serves on the Government & Military Affairs Committee and has received a contribution by the ABC Cornhusker PAC.

·        Incumbent Senator Scott Price in District 3 (Western Bellevue & Eastern Papillion) was a supporter of our Anti-PLA bill and serves on the Government & Military Affairs Committee and has received a contribution by the ABC Cornhusker PAC.

In the important federal races ABC Natl PAC has made contributions for the following candidates.

·        For U.S. President, Mitt Romney
