Encouraging Signs…… We all are aware of the struggles with the national and world economy and Wall Street; but as every real estate agent knows it is all about location, location, location!  The message is that each location is different, some up and some down and the total of all these different locations contribute to the national picture.  Just because the media is having a field day with gloom & doom because it sells does not mean it applies uniformly to everyone.  For example, early enrollment in apprenticeship classes at the Lincoln Training Center indicates the number of students will be up slightly over last year after many years of declining enrollment.  Now I am not suggesting the Lincoln market is out of the woods just yet, but early enrollment numbers are reflective of a stabilized construction market in Lincoln.  I hope and pray that these early numbers pan out.
