I have had a few responses, as I requested in earlier editions of this e-newsletter, where we asked if anyone was aware of letters sent by the Regional Council of Carpenters to businesses / owners alleging a “labor dispute”. The most recent which was brought to my attention was Hoover Elementary School in Council Bluffs.Others are Iowa Western Community College, Alegent Health, Boy’s Town and Bellevue University.  These letters went on to explain that they should be aware of their “new public information campaign”. Furthermore that campaign will include “highly visible lawful banner displays and distribution of hand bills” on the owners premises.
